Do I need to clean before you arrive?
No. You don’t have to tidy up or apologize for your space. Tell us about your priorities and any access or safety concerns so we can plan the right support.
Is my appointment confirmed when I submit a request?
Not yet. Your request saves your preferred date and time. HFM will contact you to discuss your space, quote, and availability before confirming a visit.
How much will my cleaning cost?
We provide a personalized quote based on your service, home size, condition, and any extra tasks. You’ll know the agreed price before the visit. No payment is collected through this website.
Where do you provide services?
HFM is based in Newark, New Jersey. Share your town and ZIP code when requesting a visit, and we’ll confirm whether your address is within our service area.
Do you help with decluttering and organizing?
Yes. We can help sort and organize closets, bedrooms, and other spaces at your pace. You stay in control of your belongings; nothing is removed without your permission. Donation or disposal arrangements must be agreed in advance.
Can I request recurring cleaning?
Yes. Choose weekly, every two weeks, or monthly on the booking form. HFM will discuss an ongoing plan and availability with you.
Do I need to provide supplies or laundry equipment?
We’ll confirm the cleaning supplies and equipment needed before your visit. For laundry, tell us about your washer and dryer, loads, and care instructions so we can agree on a suitable arrangement.
How do I change or cancel a request?
Call (973) 988-7849 or email hfmcleans@gmail.com and include your request reference. Any cancellation terms will be discussed when HFM confirms your appointment.
Can you help with hazardous or severe conditions?
Contact us before booking if there are biohazards, mold, pest infestations, sharps, or unsafe conditions. These may require a specialist rather than an ordinary cleaning or organizing visit.
